Photographs and Videos Consent Guidelines

In accordance with our child protection policy Blatchington Court Trust will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the child or the parent if the child is under 16.

Blatchington Court Trust will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform us immediately.

If you are under the age of 16, consent must be obtained from a parent or guardian.If you are over the age of 16 and have given consent, Blatchington court Trust may still inform your parent or guardian that photographs/videos of you may be used. By giving consent you give permission for the following:

  • I give consent for my child’s or my photograph to be used for display purposes
  • I give consent for my child’s or my photograph to be used within other printed publications
  • I give consent for my child’s or my photograph to be used on Blatchington Court Trust’s website
  • I give consent for videos of me or my child to be used on Blatchington Court Trust’s website
  • I give consent for my child’s or my photograph to be used on Blatchington Court Trust’s social media pages
  • I give consent for videos of me or my child to be used on Blatchington Court Trust’s social media pages
