Combining mindfulness and multi-sensory materials, we will be running a mindfulness art workshop on Wednesday 29th of May and are looking forward to using our allotment!
We will be making scent pouches and mind jars, which we’ll use as a focus to practice mindfulness techniques.
This is FREE and open to all families. Children over 8 do not need parental supervision. However this is a great opportunity for both children and parents to learn the basic principles of mindfulness within an expressive and social environment which can then be used as tool in everyday life. Siblings are also welcome to join in.
