Life Coaching

Blind and partially sighted people face additional challenges in their lives, both physical practical challenges and emotional. Lorna, our qualified life coach is blind and passionate about helping others to overcome barriers in their lives, to help them achieve their goals. We provide life coaching free of charge to blind and partially sighted people under the age of 30 who live in Sussex.

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from traditional therapy or counselling. The coaching process involves examining your aims and goals and discovering what obstacles or challenges that are preventing you from achieving these.
